Champion Hubb is Chubb Insurance agent branding. This branding project articulate the brand's philosophy and agency culture that they would like to promote to prospective individuals to join the agency. The branding aims to directly engage with Gen Z's and specifically the younger audiences to attract them in a career in insurance.
The brief:
Create branding assets and strategy to communicate the essence of Champion Hubb and Chubb with its brand philosophy "Every way of life. Chubb Insured" as its core to Gen Z's and young millennials to join as a prospective insurance agent for Chubb HK.
The insights:
In the post-COVID atmosphere, there was a shift in life values and priority in young people, especially the Gen Z around the world. In Hong Kong, most young people are seeking and prioritising life fulfilment over career or societal expectation. With more and more young people seeking freedom and flexibility in their employment, brands seeking young blood need to adapt to up keep its attractiveness to this group of prospective employees.
The Opportunity:
Create a brand that promotes and resonate closely to the agents, the brand and its dedication to empowering its customers, agents and brand.
